GENERAL CONDITIONS
All the contracts to transport persons shall be concluded between the contracting PASSENGER, hereinafter called "TRAVELER" and the company PIETRO VALENTINI, subsequently called the "SUPPLIER" according to the following general conditions.

TRANSFER ITALIA performs services of car-rental with driver (N. C. C. ) with its own veicles and/or with the help of colleagues with a regular license for transporting people.

1 HOW TO BOOK
1.1 The service of booking through the website www.transfer-italia.it works all the days of the year, 24 hours a day.
1.2 The booking can also be made by email addressed to info@transfer-italia.it or via sms or WhatsApp.
1.3 Using the telephone you can book caling between 08 and 18 of all the days as long as the telephone booking is followed by a written booking via email addressed to prenotazioni@valentinipietro.it or via sms or WhatsApp.
1.4 Any verbal reservation is considered valid only if it followed by a written confirmation.
1.5 The reservation is valid only when confirmed in writing by the supplier (e-mail or sms or WhatsApp).
1.6 The confirmation of the supplier is to be considered valid service contract for the transport and it gives the right to travel to the economic conditions contained in it.

2 PRICES.
2.1 The Supplier plays private transfers and/or collective transport for the price mentioned in its written confirmation sent to the traveller is still determined as written in section "ROUTES AND PRICES" of the web site www.transfer-italia.it
2.2 Prices referred to in section "ROUTES AND PRICES" refer exclusively to individual transfers of only one way or roundtrip. If the traveller needs to have a vehicle available for a period, he has to send a written request and the Supplier would provide an offer.
2.3 The Supplier cannot vary the price of the written confirmation if not for causes of the "force majeure" and every variation must be justified in writing.
2.4 The Traveller cannot pay less than what is reported on written confirmation.

3 MODALITY OF SERVICE
3.1 The Supplier undertakes to ensure that a driver is present with the appropriate vehicle required for the transport in a place and time of the written confirmation.
3.2 The transported from the place of meeting to the place of the final destination without stops during the ride, unless agreed otherwise.
4 DEPARTURES FROM PRIVATE PLACES AND/OR HOTELS
4.1 In the case that the Traveller requires to start the journey from a private location (home or hotel or company etc.), the driver will find the meeting place for the day and time established in written confirmation.
4.2 The driver waits for a maximum of 15 (fifteen) minutes.
4.3 The Traveller, in the case of any problems, should inform the supplier by telephone or by sending an sms or WhatsApp, and may require the driver to wait at an extra cost for each hour or fraction of extra waiting.

5 ARRIVAL AT A AIRPORT
5.1 In case of arrival at the airport, the driver waits for the Traveller with a sign inside the air terminal.
5.2 The driver waits for a maximum time of 45 minutes from the expected landing time of the aircraft.
5.3 The Traveller, in the case of problems, such as the failure baggage claim by the airline, must inform the supplier by telephone or by sending an sms or WhatsApp, and may require the driver to wait for a period beyond the first hour at an extra for each hour or fraction of extra waiting.
5.4 If the Traveller is informed about a delay before the departure of his flight, over thirty (30) minutes or variation of the flight, the traveller must communicate the expected delay to the supplier with sms or WhatsApp and simultaneously may require the Driver to do wait for a period beyond the first hour at an extra cost of for each hour or fraction of extra waiting.
5.5 After one hour (1), without a communication from the Traveller, the service is classified as a "no show" and is charged to the traveller the entire price as confirmation of the supplier.

6 ARRIVALS AT A RAILWAY STATION
6.1 In case of arrival by train, the driver waits for the Traveller with a sign on the outside of the station in the place designated by the supplier in the service contract.
6.2 The driver waits for a maximum time of 30 minutes from the arrival of the train.
6.3 If the Traveller informed about the delay of the train over the thirty (30) minutes or a change of train, the Traveller must communicate the expected delay to the Supplier with sms or WhatsApp and at the same time may require the driver to wait for a period beyond the first hour at an extra cost for each hour or fraction of extra waiting.
6.4 After 30 minutes, without a communication from the Traveller, the service is classified as a "no show" and is charged to the traveler the entire price as confirmed by the supplier.

7 OBSTACLE TO TRAFFIC
7.1 In the case of departure from a private home, the Traveller must communicate to the supplier the existence of barriers and obstacles which prevent the vehicle of the
supplier to come to the meeting place and must propose a meeting place accessible to the vehicle itself.
7.2 In case of impossibility to reach the place of destination for an obstacle in roads or through an impediment dictated by the rules of the road, the supplier has an obligation to leave the Traveller to the closest point from the target
7.3 The Traveller cannot oblige the driver to break the rules of the road not even to serve faster.

8 LUGGAGE
8.1 The Supplier does not carry baggage without the Traveler, according to the rules of the Road Code.
8.2 Within the machine may only bring handbags and small bags. Other baggage must be stowed in the luggage compartment.
8.3 Without different communication on the part of the traveller, each person can have with a suitcase of medium size and a trolley. If the Traveller wants to convey more luggage and/or luggage outside measurement and/or luggage different from the above (for example strollers, wheelchairs, bicycles, golf bags, skis), must advise the reservations and the supplier will carry the Traveller and his luggage with a suitable vehicle for an extra charge or payment of the fee for a vehicle of greater extent.
8.4 If the Traveller wants to convey to your follow one or more animals, he must inform the booking and the supplier will also carry the animals referred to the reservation with a suitable vehicle for an extra charge or payment of the fee for a vehicle of greater extent.
8.5 Within the passenger compartment of a car is not possible to transport animals but any animal can be transported to the inside of a cage in the luggage compartment.
8.6 Children travel according to the rules of the road: the Traveller, therefore, must indicate in the reservation, if he needs a child car-seat. If the Traveller has not asked for the seat, the child (or children) would travel under the full responsibility of the Traveller.
8.7 It is prohibited to transport by car:
- Items that are dangerous (flammable, acids, toxic, radioactive)
- weapons, objects for cut and puncture (only with a protective pouch closed between the luggage)
- objects that could endanger the physical integrity of travellers
- objects that may damage or soil the vehicle of the supplier
- objects that with the shape or for the volume are not suitable to be carried in the car.
8.8 The driver has no obligation to carry the bags inside the airport or station or apartment.

9 OBLIGATIONS OF THE SUPPLIER
9.1 The supplier undertakes to carry the traveller and his luggage as expressed in the service contract.
9.2 The supplier must arrive (in his own, or through professional drivers) with the appropriate vehicle to transport required, in a place and time of the contract.
9.3 In the case in which the Traveller was not present at the place and time agreed, the driver must look for the Supplier by phone and must communicate the not happened meeting, before considering the service as "no show".
9.4 The Supplier undertakes to inform the traveller a possible delay in the appointment.
9.5 In the case of a technical failure to the vehicle, the supplier must provide immediately at his expense for alternative transportation to the destination of the traveller.
9.6 In case of delay on the part of the driver exceeded the 15 (fifteen) minutes, the Traveller can make use of a different transport service (Auto N. C. C. , taxi, bus, tram and/or train) and the supplier undertakes to reimburse the Traveller the cost for the different transport service within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the service itself.
9.7 The Supplier does not respond to the loss or damage arising from your failure transport if it is not fault of his own but it is "vis major" (for example change the hour of departure or arrivals of flights, the roads are inaccessible for snow, exhibitions, delegations or are closed for accidents)
9.8 The Supplier does not respond to the luggage forgotten in the car but, if notified within 5 (five) minutes from Traveller, undertakes to return to the place in which the Traveller is dropped free of charge.

10 OBLIGATIONS OF THE TRAVELLER
10.1 The Traveller must be in suitable conditions for the trip. The supplier may refuse to carry drunken people, doped or if it is to endanger the safety of itself and of the vehicle.
10.2 a traveller who has an infectious disease cannot be transported.
10.3 The Traveller is obliged to wait for the vehicle booked in the place and time agreed and pay the price for which the written confirmation without applying discounts or deductions.
10.4 If the Traveller was aware of its own delay or change of flight/train, has the obligation to inform the supplier with sms or WhatsApp and at the same time may require the driver to wait an extra cost of for each hour or fraction of extra waiting.
10.5 In the case the Traveller does not show up in the occasions of which in the previous articles (STARTING FROM PRIVATE LOCATION, ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT AND ARRIVAL BY TRAIN) and in all cases in which the traveller not informs in time of any variation and/or cancellation, the service is classified as a "no show", is charged to the traveller the entire rate of the journey.
10.6 In every case in which the service is not made by the fault of the Traveller, the Traveller has the obligation to pay the full price as by written confirmation.
10.7 If the Traveller damages or dirties the machine, the Traveller has the obligation to pay all the expenses related to the repair and cleaning.

11. PAYMENT OF SERVICES
11.1 All services must be paid in Euros ( € .)
11.2 The Traveller can pay with cash or credit card or PayPal.
11.3 The supplier has the right to ask for the data of the credit card and charge it with the costs of the transport in the case where the traveller is not acting in accordance with the contract, especially cases of “no show”.

12. DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS
12.1 The Traveller can change or delete reservations made by sending an email to prenotazioni@valentinipietro.it until the end of twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start of the service without any compensation.
12.2 The Traveller may change, or cancel the reservations made by sending an email to the address prenotazioni@valentinipietro.it between 24 (twenty four) hours and the 14
(fourtheen) hours before the beginning of the service by paying compensation to the supplier of 30% (thirty percent) of the entire amount of the reservation.
12.3 If the Traveller anticipate the reservation with a notice less than 14 (fourtheen) hours, must match a compensation to the provider of the whole amount of the reservation.
12.4 If the traveller gives the wrong address or/and the date and/or the time of the meeting, the supplier has the right to charge the entire amount of the service.
12.5 When it is not possible to establish a service for guilt of the traveller, for any reason, the service is classified as a "no show" and the supplier complains that the traveller pays the whole trip.

13 VALIDITY OF THE CONDITIONS FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF MORE PEOPLE
13.1 In the case where the solo book a transport service for more people and/or to commission by a third, these terms and conditions of travel are valid for all travellers.
14. CONFLICTS AND COMPETENT COURT
14.1 By sending the booking, the Traveller confirms that you have read all the General Conditions and to approve them.
14.2 The booking confirmation sent by the supplier is to be considered valid service contract for the transport and right to travel to the economic conditions contained in it.
14.3 In the event of a problem, the Traveller has the right to submit its reasons, and/or grievances with an PEC e-mail or by registered mail to the supplier by attaching any documents confirming what he required. The provider must examine the problem and respond within 30 days to the traveller.
14.4 The contracting parties shall solve problems peacefully; if they do not obey to the competent court according to the place of service.
14.5 Since the services provided by the supplier have departure or destination in Italy and the supplier has no way of knowing the Traveller at the time of booking, the full competence belongs always to the court of the country of the supplier and apply the laws of Italy.
14.6 The Court of the Supplier is BUSTO ARSIZIO (VA).
